He has been in Windsor for over 50 years and has served 24 years on the Town Board, including Mayor. Tom knows what it takes to be a successful Mayor. “Windsor’s Mayoral election is underway, and ballots will soon be arriving in the mail. Barry Wilson and I were on Windsor’s Town Board from 2018 to 2020. We have also worked together with other community organizations after my term expired in 2020. During my 24 years on the Town Board I served with a diverse group of fellow board members, some of whom were more committed to the tasks at hand than others.
